Dragon Mind is a serious game designed to help young people develop emotion regulation skills.

Dragon Mind has been developed by an interdisciplinary and multi-institution team of researchers, developers, clinicians, practitioner psychologists, and information scientists. It uses as its basis a cognitive-behavioural approach to emotion regulation, mostly shaped by rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT) which is a second-wave cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT). Project Lead Dr. Martin Turner (Manchester Metropolitan University) is a world-leading and award-winning researcher and practitioner in REBT, who in partnership with Applied Games Lead Dr. John Henry (Manchester Metropolitan University), conceptualised Dragon Mind as a serious game resource for adolescent mental health and wellbeing.
